Man Strips Girl Naked In Bush, Rapes Her Violently & Did This Extremely Tragic Thing To Her Next
A man known as Joshua Turyasingura is on the run after he was accused of forcefully having sex with a 13- year- old identified as Constance Kakuru and then brutally murdering her.
A manhunt had already been launched by the Kigezi Region Territorial Police to capture the fleeing suspect.
It was gathered that the suspect perpetrated the heinous crime in southwestern Uganda.
The Kigezi Region Territorial Police is actively pursuing Turyasingura Joshua, who is accused of committing aggravated defilement and murder against 13- year- old Kakuru Constance in Kanungu District, southwestern Uganda.
The police had already filed a case of murder and aggravated defilement against the suspect. They also pleaded with the general public to assist them in capturing the criminal.
The incident happened on the 4th of January 2024 at about 8 pm when the suspect enticed the deceased who is said to be a resident of Rukarara Village, Kihembo sub- county, and a student of Kashesha Primary School to a secluded area, to rape her brutally then murdered her in cold blood.
On the day of the incident, the suspect saw the victim, her twin sister, Vastina Kato, and two other boys, Ntuuri and James in Rukarara village at about 7 pm where they were retrieving their pigs.
While speaking with the newsmen, SCP Enanga Fred who happens to be the police spokesperson said, ” They were heading home when they met the suspect at Ntararwe Hill. He summoned the victim among the others and gave her money to help him buy local waragi. At that point, the victim’ s twin sister begged her not to answer him, stating that they were already late but she insisted on staying with the suspect.
