Satish, a 35- year- old man, is shown in a video filmed by a police station official confessing the disturbing details of the murder. ” Sir, this is my wife, I loved her with all my heart, ” Satish says in the video as he brings out the head of his wife, Roopa, from a black plastic bag, waving it to the police officers, showing ho he cut off her head.
” Put it in! ” a police officer shouts, prompting Satish to put his wife’ s head back into the bag before beginning his confession. According to Satish, ” She cheated on me, saw her with that guy near the plantation, I killed her, but that guy (Roopa’ s alleged boyfriend) ran away, I couldn’ t kill him though” , the police men at this point were left in shock.
Continuing on, he accused Roopa’ s supposed lover Sunil, a daily laborer, of having multiple criminal cases against him. Satish said, ” He has three to four cases against him and yet she chose him, I used to work as a taxi driver, I told her that I would take care of us, she would leave with that man, Satish narrated without showing any signs of remorse.
