Security Guards Gang- rape, Had Anal SEX With Innocent Schoolgirl, Leaves Her With Serious Injuries On Private Part
Two security guards who worked in a school named Olabamiji Qudus and Jonah Christian have both being charged and presented before the presiding magistrate, Justice Rahman Oshodi of a Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court on charges of forcefully having carnal knowledge of a young teenage girl, 16 years of age who sustained serious injuries on the private part as a result of the horrifying experience.
The above- mentioned accused was made in court by a witness presented by the prosecuting attorney, a businesswoman who testified against the defendants in court, adding that the duo also went ahead to have anal sex with the victim.
However, the defendants were charged with two counts of defilement and sexual assault by penetration, which was brought against them by the state government.
The prosecuting attorney also informed the court that the offenses were perpetrated at Tonia International College, Coker, in Orile- Iganmu, Lagos, sometime in February 2022. The offenders assaulted the survivor and engaged in unlawful and forceful sëxual intércourse with her through the vagina and anus which goes against Sections 137 and 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.
Additionally, the prosecution’ s witness, Babajide Boye, led the testimony in court saying, she confirmed and knew who the defendants were upon seeing them as they worked as security guards in secondary school which the victim attended and graduated from.
