Man Kills Hook- Up Lady, Buries Her In Shallow Grave After Having Sex With Her, See Why
The police operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a 54- year- old carpenter identified as Ukpor Awele after he was accused of killing a 24- year- old lady identified as Onyekachi Joy.
It was gathered that the suspect and the deceased met on the 19th of November 2023 at a restaurant located in the Ajangbadi area of Lagos State.
Following the arrest, the suspect was arraigned before the Magistrate Court in Yaba where the presiding judge, Magistrate Linda ordered for him to be reprimanded.
The court heard during the hearing that the suspect and the deceased engaged in a conversation when they met at a bar.
The deceased told the suspect during their conversation that she was laid off at her workplace and as a result of that, she is looking for what to get herself busy with. The suspect then told her that she should go home with him and that he would give her N60, 000 to begin a business.
Meanwhile, after the suspect had had marathon sex with the victim throughout the night, he handed over N20, 000 to her but she rejected it, claiming that was not their initial agreement. The matter resulted in an argument between the duo.
The argument later escalated and the suspect used an iron basin to hit Joy on the head resulting in her untimely death.
In a bid to cover his track, the suspect hired a scrap collector whom he paid to help him bury the deceased in a shallow grave at the back of an abandoned bakery.
