TEENAGER Lures Neighbor’s Daughter To Friends House, Strips & MERCILESSLY Rapes Her, See His End
A 16- year- old boy named Joseph Mabeza has been apprehended and taken into custody for forcefully engaging in sèxual intercourse with a 12- year- old girl, who is his next- door neighbor. The incident took place in Matabeleland North province, where the suspect claimed that the sexual activity was consensual as the victim was his girlfriend.
However, Joseph was presented before a local magistrate court in Bulawayo on two counts of rape. The presiding judge directed that the boy be taken back to prison until the next hearing on December 20, 2023.
The incident occurred in May 2023 after the victim accepted the boy’ s love and agreed to be his girlfriend. In July, the boy asked the girl to visit his friend’ s house, where he requested sèxual intercourse, and she consented. On another occasion in July, the boy again asked for sex, and although the girl was scared, she reluctantly agreed. When she returned home, she kept the incidents to herself. However, when questioned by her mother the next day, she revealed everything, leading to the arrest of the boy.
The parents of the suspect were shocked by the allegations but the boy admitted to the acts, claiming they were consensual. The victim, on the other hand, stated that she was forced into the acts. The legal proceedings will continue as the accused awaits further court appearances.
