Man Drugs Neighbour, Rapes Him Through Anus & Ejaculates In His Mouth; See Shocking Thing He Said In Court
A middle- aged man, 36 years of age who goes by the name, Isaac Twineboah Koduah and works as a caterer has been found guilty of forcefully engaging in unnatural sëxual intércourse with his fellow man (name withheld) and as a direct consequence of this, he was condemned to spend 20 years of his life in prison with hard labour after his arraignment before the Tarkwa Circuit Court.
During his trial, he appealed to the court for mercy in respect to the rape charge leveled against him after admitting his guilt in front of everyone but his pleas fell on deaf ears as the presiding magistrate, Mrs. Hathia Ama described him to be a ” heartless and wicked” soul who doesn’ t deserve mercy for what he did to the victim. The judge found him guilty and sentenced him accordingly.

However, when given the room to speak, the convict, Isaac lamented saying, ” I don’ t know what is happening to me, I don’ t know if I can be given any help. I am even ready to commit the offence against, I just can’ t control myself” .
On hearing this, the superintendent of police, SP Julianna Essel- Dadzie testified against the defendant in court saying that, he perpetrated the randy act at his residence in Gyantekrom while the victim, 30 years of age whose identity would remain private due to the delicate nature of the case appears to be a neighbour (man) to the accused as they both live in Prestea Huni- Valley Municipality.
Explaining further, the prosecuting attorney went on to say that, the victim and the defendant became neighbours about 5 months ago and after some time they became really close and exchanged contact, adding that few days ago, the convict reached out to the victim via telephone call and asked him to come over to his house so he can help him with something since they were good friends.
The victim who didn’ t sense any need for danger or precaution since they were somehow close went to the house of the convict on 14th November, 2023 after which the convict, Isaac begged his neighbour (victim) to wait for him in his room, claiming that he quickly wants to use the restroom after offering his visitor a drink.
Conclusively, the Superintendent Essel- Dadzie continued saying that, the victim took the drink not knowing it was already laced with sedative which caused him to fall deeply asleep and by the time he woke up he found out that he was naked with sperm in his mouth coupled with the fact that he already penetrated his anus.
Upon this shocking realization, the victim got so angry tried to attack the suspect but felt a sharp pain in his anus which proved that he had anal sex with him after drugging him. The suspect, Isaac then ran out of the room to an unknown location. The victim then managed to walk out of the room straight to a nearby police station which resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
The prosecutor also revealed that, during the course of inquiry while in police custody, the accused confessed to the act and said he is very attracted to his fellow guys and doesn’ t know how to control himself around them.
