Video: My Step Father Raped Me And Buried Me Alive, 12 Year Old Girl Narrates
It is a heartbreaking story of how a 12-year-old girl identified as Mutoniwase from one of the villages in Rwanda was raped and buried alive at the age of 3.
While others have the joy of celebrating their childhood, it was different story for this innocent girl, as she was mercilessly raped and buried alive by her stepfather.
In an interview with Afrimax English, the grandmother, Nyirahongahire Alphonsine, narrated the ordeal story of the young girl.
According to her, her biological mother had left the innocent girl at home and traveled, thinking she had left her in good hands, only for the stepfather to take the advantage and rape her and throw her in a pit, thinking she had died.
Nyirahongahire observed that it started with a bitter quarrel between Mutoniwase’s biological mother and her husband, who happened to be her stepfather.
Out of the disagreement, the husband vowed to punish the wife through her child.
Furthermore, she said that the stepfather, on the eve of one day, sent the wife to the village to go check on her relatives, asked her to leave the child behind, and that’s the day he raped the girl.
However, the stepfather, after committing the unthinkable act, moved on, thinking he had sealed the act.
By the grace of God at her side, while the children were playing, the ball entered the pit where Mutoniwase was buried.
“The child who went to pick up the ball saw the girl and identified her before he started alarming loudly before people came and retrieved her,” she said.
She noted that, after she was retrieved, Mutoniwase was taken to the hospital while lying almost lifeless.
“She was put on life-supporting machines to help restore her back.” By then, nobody thought she would ever be alive again. “She spent one year and three months in comer until she one day miraculously opened her eyes,” she said.
However, her coming back to life was never the end of her sad story since she had developed disabilities since she was trapped in one place for so long at her tender age.
Her hands and legs were paralyzed. She observed that the doctors told them that her disability was due to overstaying in one place for too long, which affected her bones since she was still young
The grandmother, Nyirahongahire, noted that the doctors told them that she can recover since she is still young, but the problem is that she is poor and can’t afford the money for her medication.
