Council of Akoko North West Obas Endorses Dr. Muyiwa Olusa’s Candidature for Bye-election
Dr. Muyiwa Olusa, a political aspirant seeking the Representative seat of Akoko North East and North West Federal Constituency, recently sought the support of the Council of Obas in Akoko North West during their monthly meeting. The meeting, chaired by HRM Oba Momodu of Ikaram, was attended by numerous Royal fathers from Akoko North West.
Dr. Muyiwa Olusa presented his 13-point agenda to the Royal fathers, emphasizing his vision to rejuvenate Akoko and bring it back to its thriving status. He intends to achieve this through human and capital development, with a strong focus on information technology, education, agriculture, employment, healthcare, and effective legislation.
Dr. Olusa is committed to promoting digital literacy by accommodating and developing 100 tech experts in Akoko, which will also contribute to reducing youth unemployment. His plans include supporting farmers, creating job opportunities, improving healthcare for the elderly, and modernizing education with updated equipment and training for teachers.
