Otti appoints 24 new Permeant Secretaries in Abia (check the list below)
Abia State Governor Alex Otti has appointed 24 new Permanent Secretaries in the state civil service.
This was disclosed in a press statement signed by the Secretary to Abia State Government, Professor Kenneth Kalu, on Wednesday.
The statement explained that the appointments were made following the examination interview conducted on the prospective Permanent Secretaries, recently.
The statement named the new Perm Sec’s as Ngozi Queen Obioma, Paul Ogwubunka, Uche Ukpabi Ukeje, Okezie Godwin Chukwudike and Justice Oluchi.
Others include Ogechi I.Maduka, Izuchukwu Onwughara, Obi-Chianakwalam, Agatha Chinagozi and Bright Adindu.
The statement, while congratulating the new Permeant Secretaries, advised them to visit the the office of the Secretary to the State Government to recieve further directives.
HEARD VOICE recalls that the governor had in June 2023, suspended the former Head of Service, Onyii Wamah and all Permanent Secretaries in the State.
Only two Permanent Secretaries were not affected by the June mass suspension.
